The vulcanizer "VULCANAIR 250" is provided with pneumatic movement of the heating plates, with digital control of vulcanization temperature and timer to regulate vulcanizer duration. The maximum dimensions of the molding boxes which can be inserted between the plates are mm 200x200 (maximum overall dimensions) for an opening of 110 mm. For a good running it requires a compressed air supply at 8 bar pressure. It is adapted both to round and rectangular molding boxes. It is not suitable for organic rubber (NBR) which needs to be pressed. Equipped with a speed regulator for precise adjustment of lower plate movement and pressure regulator for a fine strength on heating plates.
