ROVICORE™ 600/D3/600/S.ASPECT is a stitched reinforcement comprising a non-woven synthetic 180 gsm core, two 600 gsm fiberglass mats and a 60 gsm polyester web. The addition of the web serves to improve the surface appearance. It is used in closed-mold processes. BENEFITS Save time with a single draping layer. To improve the surface aspect of finished parts: the presence of the polyester veil reduces the print-thru of glass fiber. It provides a chemically resistant barrier: the polyester veil offers a resin-rich surface and thereby helps avoid capillarity problems.
