Description

ROTATEX™ G300 EC23B is a lightweight fiberglass laid scrim affixed to a nonwoven blended cellulose/PET layer, using a PVC adhesive. These laid scrims are the ideal reinforcement for PVC floor coverings manufactured using coating techniques. The nonwoven layer offers a level of permeability calibrated so that it can be impregnated without penetration to the other side, thus ensuring that the layers are properly separated, without delamination. The glass laid scrim provides excellent dimensional stability and the PVC adhesive ensures that this complex is compatible with the plastisol of the membrane BENEFIT(S) Mechanical strength Dimensional stability Compatible with plastisol Controlled permeability and flatness Visual appearance BRAND(S) BENEFIT(S) The ROTATEX range offers: Mechanical strength Dimensional stability Resistance to alkaline corrosion Resistance to delamination Resistance to high temperatures Tear resistance Minimal capillary rise Minimal thickness Compatible with various media/substrates Modularity (various versions with different densities and types of thread) Bonding agents developed in-house and adaptable to your product requirements Construction Total Weight: 65 gsm Yarn: 34 tex Mesh size: 3.3 X 3.3 mm Yarn count: 3 X 3 ends/cm Properties Grid strength (L x T): 300 X 300 kN/m Minimum Tensile Strength: 300 X 300 N/5cm Conditioning Width Standard / Maximum: 150 / 220 cm
