CR1S range, standard AC single phase solid state relay, its semiconductor COMS chip with SCR is anti-parallel welded on the ceramic and copper substrate so as to keep good thermal conductivity. Input status Red LED, output with RC and VDR as an option. Random or zero-cross conduction mode are available.
