The ROBA®-servostop® Cobot is suitable for installation even in the smallest of installation spaces. Operation with overexcitation and power reduction. The ROBA®-servostop® Cobot is a closed-circuit, electromagnetic safety brake. When the brake is applied, a rotor disc with friction lining pads is held between the armature disc and the flange plate via frictional locking. When the current of the built-in solenoid coil is switched on, the magnetic field pulls the armature disc towards the coil carrier against the force of the springs.
