Description

Pure Water System Equipment adopts sanitary pipeline piping, and there's no thread lock on the main water-making pipes. Pipeline design: Using automatic welding at the joints as much as possible to reduce the risk of bacteria growth. There’s no blind tube design in the piping configuration and no dead water residue. The flowmeter adopts stainless steel sanitary pointer type that can avoid direct light exposure and bacteria breeding. The pipelines of the pure water system adopt automatic welding, codes and inspection are all meet the requirements of current regulations. The whole system automatically backwashes, regenerates, circulates, and flushes. Human-Machine interface control: All information, records, and queries can't be changed. Multi-level password authority management, complying with FDA CFR 21 Part 11. The equipment drainage adopts air blocking type to prevent backflow pollution. Before running RO system: Using SS304 sanitary pipeline, butterfly valve or Y-type pneumatic valve. Do not use ball valve. After running RO system: Using SS316L sanitary pipeline and diaphragm valve. Equipped pressure gauge monitoring and sampling devices in the front/back of each component. All pumps are using frequency conversion control to save water resources and be more efficient. Features The whole system is using hot water disinfection, and keeping the chemical disinfection system at the same time. The design concept is the same as European and American, and improving the global quality simultaneously. The pretreatment system adopts a plate heat exchanger to circulate heat dissipation.
