CILS anti-static labels help to protect PCBs and their components from Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) both during their application and through the label life on the product. Printable using your PC and standard laser or thermal transfer printer, CILS anti-static labels feature a static dissipative surface coating, non-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive with low tribocharging levels when peeled from the release liner. Labels can be manufactured to any shape or size, and with the unique CILS printable coating ensures computer printed variable data remains crisp and sharp even when exposed to solvents, chemicals, extreme temperatures (-55°C to +155°C), infra-red ovens, deionised water, detergents and much more.
