Description

The vibration feeder is characterized mainly by its optimum and uniform feeding of the product to the different processes. Vibration feeder is used primarily to extract and dispense bulk products stored in silos, hoppers or stockpiles. Placed in the exit area, usually with a positive slope angle but adjustable depending on the necessary material. Shutdown flow can be adjusted, modifying the mass eccentricity of the motor vibrators, which are equipped with a dial with continous scale. When the equipment is running, this adjustment is carried out by using frequency converter. Optionally it can be supplied accessories as: hopper extension, rubber closings, gate, brackets or closure sticks, etc. The width of the trays, capacity and speed of the transport depend on the product and of the particular needs of each installation.
