Management software to verify attendance with PICK 800 terminals (except PICK 800/I). Unlimited number of users (created in the database, the terminal only collects time stamps). 2 Types of working day: calendar (defined schedule: in/out), flexible working hours (undefined schedule: no. of hours worked). 3 Types of time: normal, day overtime, night overtime. Definition of personal incidents: numeric code + description, the corresponding time will be subtracted from the hours worked on that working day. Various types of consultation: time stamps, hours worked, incidents (staff absences, insufficient punctuality, manual time stamps, etc.), user status. Export (TXT/MDB), printing and elimination of time stamps. Possibility of activating two types of user account (alphanumeric password) to protect access to the software: Administrator (full access to the software), User (only permits access to the consultation ’User Status’).
