The compact machine is designed and developed for granulation and melting of EPS waste. The device features a 300 x 600 mm material opening and ensures a simple user-friendly operation. Two rotors running in opposite directions are used to granulate EPS waste through replaceable screens. The granulate is then compressed and melted directly by an extruder screw. At the extruder's outlet, the melted plastic is filled onto 1 liter containers that are mounted in a row on a chain. During transport, the mass cools and solidifies into solid polystyrene blocks. The space below outlet contains room such as a pallet with sides. A robust control box contains the machine's electric control, monitoring and operation.
