Pneumatic clamp ASC series

The ASC series is a line of air swing clamp cylinder manufactured by Clamptek. The machine is designed with a clamping arm, capable of swinging around the angle when its piston is travelling down. The tool is kept straight until the clamping arm fastens the work-piece tightly. The cylinder is made from aluminum alloy, with its surface processed in hard membrane with smooth inside. Flow control valve must be installed to allow the adjustment of the workpiece even when the cylinder is running. Users must not exceed to 1.5 times of the original length to increase the length of the arm. This unit comes with Φ25-Φ63 diameter and standard rotating angle of 90°. Users may also have their rotating angles made by request, with measurements such as 0°、45°、60°.
