The model CHS features five optional hydraulic cylinders with diameters that range from Φ25 to Φ63. The machine works with a maximum operating pressure of 7 Mpa. It also enables the user to choose between three rotating angles: 90°, 60°, and 45°. The model has a cylinder body which is made from structural carbon steel. It features a clamping arm which swings to a rated angle when the hydraulic cylinder actuates and the piston moves downward. A flow control valve, which prevents extremely fast motions, is recommended for mounting to the cylinder. The unit is suitable for mass production using a special machine and a jig in the machining center. This setting enhances the production efficiency of the whole unit.
