The MCA Syn 100 P is the portable version of theSyngas analyzer MCA 100 SynSyngas analyzer, developed entirely by ETG. The MCA Syn 100 series of biogas analyzers is the ideal solution for the measurement of syngas combustion and industrial applications due to its accuracy, stability, reliability, wide measurement range and variety of available form factors. Unlike other analyzers, theETG MCA 100 Syn P uses NDIR technology for the measurement of CH4, CO2, CO. H2 is measured by means of a TCD (thermal conductivity) sensor and O2 in an electrochemical cell.
These single point analysers are used to monitor the composition of the syngas and are then able to accurately provide the composition of the flue gas for the purpose of process optimisation.
The advanced optical and electronic components of NDIR analysis cells have virtually eliminated zero drift after the initial warm-up period. Temperature and pressure compensation eliminates the main causes of large-scale drift typical of many NDIR instruments.
The measurement range can be modified according to the customer's needs. Also available in wall-mounted and 19″ Rack versions.
