The Hybrid palletizer is a combination of two AC 420 high level infeed palletizers with fixed pallet facing each other and a single robot that replaces six different magazines. The robot feeds the pallets, interlayers and layer pads from six fixed stations to the two AC 420 palletizers. This particular robotic cell can handle different pallet and layer pad dimensions according to specific logistics requirements. This means that the products can be palletized without stopping the machine.
