Joined but independent, these two chambers of Excal 140 "hot cold hulmid" type enable window panes, or other materials, to be tested under two different climatic conditions which could, eventually, stand for outside and inside atmospheres.
Frequently used to test insulation or building materials, this equipment is also used to check gasket or assembly tightness.
A central interface is custom-designed to fit tests requirements and to receive a specific tool-holder. This tool-holder is fixed on the interface and easily removable, so it can be adapted to the different tests requirements.
The central interface can be easily reached by pulling aside the chambers which are equipped with casters and handles.
When the chambers are fully open, it can be accessed from both sides and it is at human height.
These two chambers being linked only by a network cable, they can be quickly disconnected and used as classical climatic chamber.
