Conductivity sensor 401U

Conductivity sensor for industrial applications, suitable for direct installation in pressurized pipelines and tanks. These cells can withstand temperatures up to 120°C with pressures up to 2 bar and up to 6 bar at room temperature. These sensors are made of PSU, with graphite electrodes and are available with different cell constant: 401U5 K = 10 cm (measuring range 0-200 uS) 401U3 K = 1 cm (measuring range 0-50000 uS) 401U2 K = 0.1 cm (measuring range 10-200 mS) All the cells include an integral temperature sensor, Pt100 or other according to selected code for measurement thermocompensation and temperature indication. The cable is separately supplied with water tight 4 pole connector for all model except Mod.401Uxx0O0x0A that includes iontegral cable with various length options. Process connection are: 401U3x0C0Y0A and 401U5x0C0Y0: threaded, ½' GAS 401U2x0E0Y0A: threaded 1' GAS 401Uxx0L0Y0A: sanitary type DN50 401Uxx0M0Y0A: clamp 1'. These sensors can be directly inserted into pressurized pipelines or tanks. Operating temperature limits: -20-120 °C Operating pressure limits: max 6 bar @ 20 °C, 2 bar @ 120 °C 401Uxx0O0x0A conductivity sensor are designed to be installed into an immersion probe (Mod.SI0U) with 42 mm diameter. These cells include integral cable, various lengths according to selected code.
