Description

Cell for the measure of dissolved oxygen with satainless steel body, 12 mm diameter, 120 mm length, designed for laboratory and industrial applications (in the version with PG13,5 connector it can be directly installed into closed pipelines). The measuring cell is polarographic type, with 2 electrodes (Pt and Ag) immersed into an electrolytic solution and separated form process fluid by a PTFE-silicone membrane reinforced with a stainless steel mash, permeable to oxygen. The cell includes a system that compensates for volume variations of the electrolyte solution, it is therefore suitable to work in high pressure high temperature conditions, and is steam sterilizable. An integral temperature sensor allows thermocompensation of the measure. This cell can be supplied either with integral cable or with threaded connector. Measuring range: 0-20 ppm O2 Operating pressure limits: 5 to 130 °C Max.allowed operating pressure: 4 bar Minimum sample flowrate under the mebrane required for a correct measure is 0,5 cm/sec. This cell can also be used to measure oxygen in air.
