No. 2 Interchangeable, rotating mandrels from Ø38mm (1½") to Ø76mm (3"), to cut two logs simultaneously. Indexing tolerance: +/-0.1mm. (0,003"). Cutting width: from 2mm. with decimal increasing (from 0,008” with thousandths increasing). Cutting system: two over-imposed rotating, circular blades with independent adjustment to slit simultaneously on two mandrels (one vertically above the other one). No. 2 Pneumatic jaws chucks with plateau to grip both the core and the log from outside up to a max. Ø of 350mm. (13,8"). Driven blade unit. Automatic blade pivoting angle. Machine controlled by a “PLC SIEMENS” and interface operator “TP700” with touch screen technology. This model can be customized to meet customer's needs thanks to a wide range of options available.
