Machine designed to cut logs of roof proofing materials such as membranes, bitumen, etc. Fully automatic working cycle including the overturning of the turret and automatic loading and unloading of the material. Max.Working width:1000 mm. (39”) Max.Ø of the log:220 mm. (8.6”) on Ø3” mandrel. Indexing tolerance: +/- 0,1mm. Cutting system: with single rotating blade on one mandrel while the other one is in loading/unloading operation. Total safety protection with aluminium frame and Lexan shield complying with the “CE” rules actually in force. Ability to select up to 4 different cutting widths per logroll. Automatic programmable blade angle adjustment for the 4 cutting widths plus the 2 trim edges. Automatic programmable blade sharpening and deburring assembly.
