Working width 2200mm. Max. O. D. of the log: 250/320mm. on Ø 3” mandrel withØ300/400mm. blade. Interchangeable mandrels from 1” to 6” . Indexing tolerance: +/- 0,1mm. Cutting width: from 2mm. (0.08”) with decimal increasing. Cutting system: single rotating blade on one mandrel. Machine controlled by a “PLC SIEMENS” and interface operator “Blue Mode” with touch screen technology. Total safety protection guard, complying with the “CE” requirements in force. Costumized machine with possibility by means of movable support mandrel to accomodate mandrels of different lenghts. Options - The Model E320 can be customized to meet customer’s needs thanks to a wide range of options available. In the picture: Machine Version having pneumatic chuck with plateau to grip inside of core, core extension and log from outside, up to a max. log O.D of 320mm.
