Description

The principle behind these bearings is the two-part housing, allowing easy maintenance without removing the bearing housing from its support. By default, they are made of cast iron, and available in various dimensions. These bearings can accommodate bearings of various diameters and widths. These are spherical roller bearings or spherical ball bearings. Tapered-bore bearings are mounted on the shaft by means of an adapter sleeve. Cylindrical bore bearings, on the other hand, are mounted directly on the shaft by press fitting. Operating conditions : ✔️ Self-aligning bearings require regular maintenance, including checking lubrication, inspecting seals and cleaning if necessary. ✔️ Self-aligning bearings must be used in temperature ranges compatible with their design and lubricant. ✔️ Radial insert ball bearings are designed to support both radial and axial loads. ✔️ Self-aligning bearings must be properly lubricated to reduce friction and wear. Application areas : -Handling and lifting equipment -Machine tools -Oil and gas industry -Steel industry -Mining and quarrying -Etc...
