80 mm diameter Three-Jaw Chuck, clamping outside and inside
Three-Jaw Chuck, suitable for rotary axis RounDINO 120 for 360-degree CNC machining of hexagonal tubes and round material.
Small Three-Jaw Chuck for 4-axis machining on CNC milling machines
The chuck with a diameter of 80 mm is already drilled to fit the RounDino 120 rotary axis and is mainly used for clamping hexagonal tubes and round materials.

Three-Jaw Chuck for hexagonal tubes
Just as you can clamp a square or machine an eight-edge with the four-jaw chuck, you can quickly and easily machine hexagonal tubes or bar materials with the milling machine using our small three-jaw chuck. Furthermore, you can mill openings and cut-outs on the outer surfaces of the hexagonal tubes, for example, as well as applychamfers or drill holes.
A small Three-Jaw Chuck with a large clamping width
Despite its small size, this three-jaw chuck has a wide clamping range for inside or outside clamping. Consequently, you can clamp parts of approximate 1,5 mm – 70 mm outside and about 25 mm – 70 mm diameter in the inside.
A four-jaw chuck is also available for each of our CNC milling machines.
Small tool science
Lathe chuck is the name given to the chuck on wood lathes and turning lathes. These jaw chucks are centric clamping, and when you turn the jaws together or apart, they ensure that the workpiece is clamped evenly in the direction of the turning axis.
