The cutting module consists of a call unit and a cutting unit with counter blades and motorized blades. The knives are installed on knife holders mounted on a slide for simple and quick adjustment of cutting widths. The design of the knife holders allows a blade change without disassembling the blade holders. 3 unwinder technologies are available depending on the material: - Unwinder with mechanical brake - Motorized unwinder in tension control - Unwinder with mechanically or pneumatically balanced puppet At the exit the strips are wound on 1 or 2 pneumatic expansion shafts.
