The Cobolt 06-MLD 515 nm diode laser module provides good quality beam function and modulation performance. It functions through the use of HTCure™ technology to produce reliable operation. It is available in various wavelengths such as 405 nm, 445 nm, 473 nm, 488 nm, 515nm, 633nm, 638nm, 647 nm and 660 nm. The laser device functions through an output power of up to 25 mW within 515 nm. It is incorporated with drive and control electronics.
