Conveyor roller CT series

Medium series handling rollers mainly used for medium load freight transport. CT800 / T30 • Ø50X1.5 and Ø60×1.5 metal tube made of natural steel, zinc plated / galvanized or AISI 304 stainless steel. • RAL 7001 gray PVC pipe Ø50×2.3 and Ø63×3 (blue RAL 5015 PVC also possible). • Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø15 and hexagonal 11 metal shafts, in calibrated natural steel F212 or AISI 303 stainless steel. • Double row thermoplastic ball heads in natural steel (T30). • Maximum load capacity 50 Kg / roll. Rollers for gravity transport of light loads, with thermoplastic heads, for maximum loads from 6 kg / roller (CT30), up to 50 kg / roller (CT250). CT800 / T40 • Metal tube Ø50X1.5, Ø50×2, Ø60×1.5, Ø60×2 made of natural steel, zinc plated / galvanized or AISI 304 stainless steel. • RAL 7001 gray PVC pipe Ø50×2.3 and Ø63×3 (blue RAL 5015 PVC also possible). • Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø14, Ø15 and hexagonal 11 metal shafts, in calibrated natural steel F212 or AISI 303 stainless steel. • 6000 2RS (T40) series precision bearing thermoplastic heads. • Maximum load capacity 160 Kg / roll. Rollers for the gravity transport of medium loads, with thermoplastic heads with precision bearings or embedded metal heads. CT250 / T31 • Ø50X1.5 and Ø60×1.5 metal tube made of natural steel, zinc plated / galvanized or AISI 304 stainless steel. • RAL 7001 gray PVC pipe Ø50×2.3 and Ø63×3 (blue RAL 5015 PVC also possible). • Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø15 and hexagonal 11 metal shafts, in calibrated natural steel F212 or AISI 303 stainless steel. • Thermoplastic double row ball heads in stainless steel (T31). • Maximum load capacity 50 Kg / roll.
