Push Fit PU hose is designed for applications where pressure is used without the need for external fixings. The design of this product ensures that the internal pressure assists the hose to clamp down on the fitting ensuring excellent retention, even in demanding applications. Colex Push Fit Hose designs have been independently tested and passed the requirements of the CNOMO Testing for this product type. As this type of hose is widely used in automotive robotic applications we can also offer it with a low friction cover to assist in bundle manufacture and reduce any friction issues arising from the dynamic application. This product is often used in conjunction with Anti-Spark Tubing, Weld Spatter Tube and our custom made dress pack sheathing to offer a complete automotive robotic tubing package to system integrators.
