Emulsifier

Comap plants are designed for the production of acid, basic and modified emulsion, with variable bitumen ranging from 50 to 69%. Pressure feed to the mill by means of a dosing pump allows perfect homogenisation of water with bitumen, with stator regulations up to 0.2 mm. Ample flexability in our range. We produce plants in cylindrical or rectangular sections with a variable hourly production of emulsion from 3 to 8 ton. Water and bitumen tanks are replaceable to allow maintenance and the eventual replacement of damaged or obsolete tanks.
