Mixing unit

Plants for the mixing of oxidized bitumen are equipped with a bitumen storing tank up to 220°C temperature, thermal oil heater, bitumen and filler mixing tank heated by an external oil thermo interspace, necessary for the characteristics of the final product. The products are proportionally put in the mixing tank by dosing pumps and filler scroll, then processed by slow or quick mixing. It is possible to automate the mixing process, with relative automatic valves for temperature control by placing a PLC in the electrical board.
