Description
The passive modular harmonic FAM type filters, are designed to
reduce the presence of non-sinusoidal currents, generated by
loads in industrial networks. The TUNED FILTER type FAM is a
PASSIVE system, designed by correctly tuning the frequency of
the bank of capacitors with a three-phase inductance.
In this way, it generates a low impedance route, that is preferentially
chosen by the tuned harmonic to be reduced.
