This is the automatic packing machine IMB A. It is built in a way to be helpful for all kind of typologies of feeding you roll which are set in the cycles of job. It is highly versatile and thus allows it to be set in direct exit to the checker as unity of line to separate checkers or fed by tables of accumulation in automation. PLC manages the machine and can manage it as well as clear rolls in various stations of unloading. It is structured to close with integral safety of the mechanical and electronic parts. Ample range ø rolls up to ø 1300 mm. the cutter film fabric with the electric blade is kept hidden . Each type of the polythene, including transparent as well colored can be used as per the optional features. It features a control microprocessor with trouble-shooting feature as well. It has an output capacity of 60÷100 rolls/h and a Longitudinal Welding by Thermo-fusion - Edge-Closing by thermo-retraction . . .
