Temporarily protecting the edges of stairways during construction has previously been complicated and expensive. The varied nature of the stairs, landings, and returns, often required many cut tubes, sharp ends, and much purpose built protection. The Steel Mesh Barrier Stair has been designed to solve these problems, offering a systemised solution that can stand alone or integrate with the Steel Mesh Barrier system. The Steel Mesh Barrier Stair is designed for staircase slopes of 30° and provides continuous edge protection along staircases. Used with Adjustable Safety Post (Art no.1140) it can also be raised to allow access to work on the outside edge of the stair unit. The Steel Mesh Barrier Stair is a single component, and can be fitted to either side of the staircase. • Designed for staircase slopes of 30° but also works within +/- 5° • Weight 14.1kg • Powder Coated Finish • Complies to EN 13374 Class A
