The Latex Cone is a weather protective gasket which is placed onto the mast of the SkyReach Anchor. Prevents water and dirt getting into the Cast-In Sleeve when the SkyReach Anchor is in the sleeve, and therefore preventing the SkyReach Anchor from becoming frozen in the sleeve during cold weather.
