Comec Italia has created a rotary pad printing machine for all your pad printing needs at 360°: MR50/100. It considerably increases the speed of printing, and prints accurately and efficiently large quantities of parts at reasonable prices. The hourly production can reach, with an automatic loading system, to 8000 pieces/hour. The machine allows you to print on cylindrical objects and not using the rotating head MR, both in manual mode and in a continuous cycle. It uses cylindrical steel or photopolymer cliché and cylindrical silicone pads or rotating in sectors (for multiple prints). MR is a pad printing machine equipped with automatic control of the speed, workpiece positioning system and integral safety guards with cross-infrared rays. Examples of application areas are strips of fabric, plastic and metal, flexible and non flexible tubes, cylindrical objects such as pens, bottles, caps, syringes, catheters. It is possible to mount the MR rotary head also on automatic production lines.
