As a derivative of the display unit of the FG-CWP series of IP67 waterproof platform scales, the FG-D-CWP is an affordable stainless steel (SUS304) static weighing indicator ideal for building various types of waterproof scales – from a small bench scale that uses a single-point load cell to a large floor scale that uses four load cells. Users can select any weighing capacity and readability (a decimal multiple/submultiple of 1, 2 or 5) according to their scale requirements provided that the display resolution is between 1/20 and 1/100,000. It drives up to four 350 Ω load cells with a remote sensing function, which minimizes error by compensating for the effect of resistance in wires. This is especially effective when using an extended length of load cell cable or connecting multiple load cells via a summing box. In addition to having an IP67 rating and having an alcohol cleanable stainless steel (SUS304) enclosure, all the useful functions of the FG-CWP series such as checkweighing with multi-colored LED lights, piece counting, mobile battery mode, impact shock detection, display hold, auto power ON/OFF, GLP/GMP output, password lock and key restrictions are available for the FG-D-CWP. It has large LCD digits (30 mm character height) with white backlight, and is provided as standard with a stand for setup on the floor or up on a wall at an arbitrary angle for ergonomic use.
