COMSAT has several different types of tensioners, suitable for working at different voltages. The simplest tensioner is the universal tensioner, equipped with two sets of plates and allowing different passes of the thread to achieve different tensions. The most modern tensioners (Aire, Unimag and Rotair) allow precise tension control, either pneumatically or through magnetic fields. All creel models can be configured with any type of tensioner. COMSAT has six different types of tensioners depending on the tension range, the application and the type of fibers to be worked. V-TENS MODEL V-TENS single end tensioning device for high efficiency direct warpers, with pneumatic centralized release. Designed for fast threading by offering a quick placing of the yarn in it’s working position. Combined with pretensioning bars ensures a minimum tension which is compensated along the FGV creel.
