COMSAT has several different types of tensioners, suitable for working at different voltages. The simplest tensioner is the universal tensioner, equipped with two sets of plates and allowing different passes of the thread to achieve different tensions. The most modern tensioners (Aire, Unimag and Rotair) allow precise tension control, either pneumatically or through magnetic fields. All creel models can be configured with any type of tensioner. COMSAT has six different types of tensioners depending on the tension range, the application and the type of fibers to be worked. AIR-60 Air tension system built with 2 tilted metallic plates with centralised pneumatic adjustment, allowing greater variety in tension to warp any kind of material.
