Description

Bipac® is the new amphora-shaped container by Con Plax. It has a modern and innovative line that differs from cardboard containers on the market. Side grooves and sidewall reinforcements make it more robust and reduce the lateral spread. The peculiarity of this container is the possibility of having two different types of handle (45° or 30°) while maintaining the same external dimensions. This allows the customer to differentiate two or more different product lines while maintaining the design familiarity. Bipac® 13000 series is made of High Density Polyethylene (PE HD) with modern and automatic extrusion plants blowing. The tanks of the Bipac® series are available with a 35 mm discharge nozzle and are packaged in convenient 45 pieces on 1000x1200 pallets for a total of 405 pieces. The versatility of the spout allows the use of different cap variants: with external or internal safety seal, with contact closure, with EPE gasket, with induction welding or degassing. The flat walls of the faces have been designed for the application of large labels and the side handles are have been designed to have an easy grip and a comfortable pouring of the liquid contained. Bipac® series can be used for food products and for chemical or aggressive substances in general.
