Thanks to pasteurisation, which brings the milk to a temperature of 63°C, pathogenic microorganisms and their toxins are eliminated, drastically reducing the microbial load and maintaining the milk's nutritional properties. The milk is kept moving by the special mixing paddle, which, by allowing the heat to be evenly distributed, ensures the total elimination of bacteria. The temperature of the milk is then suddenly raised to around 40°C so that germs and bacteria no longer form.
All models can be powered at 230V - 380V - 50 Hz - 60 Hz, have heating elements from 4Kw to 30Kw and are equipped with electronic function control.
