SINGLE IMPELLER ELECTROPUMPS (JAP 80-100 M-T) OR DOUBLE IMPELLER (JAP 150-200-300 M-T) WITH AXIAL INTAKE AND UPWARD-FACING RADIAL DELIVERY.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION: Single impeller electropumps (JAP 80-100 M-T) or double impeller (JAP 150-200-300 M-T) with axial intake and upward-facing radial delivery. The main feature of this model is the very high suction capacity reachable with a correct installation of the ejector body. They are particularly suited in all the cases it is needed to effect suctions to depths between 10 mt and 50 mt. It is recommended that these pumps are used to carry only chemically pure liquids and free of foreign matters, with temperatures not higher than 45°C. The pump must absolutely not be allowed to run dry in order to avoid irreversible deformations to the components in plastic.
PUMP: Horizontal axis pump with bronze impellers (Noryl impellers are available on request), pump body, ejector body and motor bracket made of G20 cast iron, stainless steel shaft, diffuser set and ejector in Noryl, bronze nozzle and mechanical seal made of ceramic/graphite.
MOTOR: Electric, closed-type with external cooling fan, IP 44 safety class. F insulation. The standard version of single-phase motor is fitted with termostat-controlled safety microswitches to avoid undesirable damages to the motor. The user must provide protection for three-phase electropumps.
