The CU6 Series - Measurements in a Single Profile The CU6 series is Conoptica’s entry-level 3D die profile measurement series. It has been designed to provide an alternative to other systems available in the market. The instruments provide bearing length and reduction cone measurements using a single profile. While the accuracy and build quality is the same as customers expect from a Conoptica instrument, the available measurement modes are limited to a single axis of movement. The CU6 series is meant as an affordable alternative for customers with less complex measurement requirements. Conoptica offers two different models, the CU6 and the CU6X. While the accuracy and diameter range are the same for both models, the CU6X is 50% faster than the CU6.
