A CB reception-flotation is an industrial reception tank deployed to remove floating impurities thanks to its built-in extraction gutter. Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304. Robust stainless steel reception tank. Integrated elevator conveyor for extraction of product. Various belt types possible: galvanized bars, stainless steel bars or rubber belt. Equipped with cleats and stainless steel guide strips. Floating waste and impurities drained along overflow gutter. Tank can buffer received product temporarily. Equipped with manual fill valve. Manual drain valves to purge system. Inspection doors for ease of cleaning and maintenance. Powered by motor reductor SEW. Durable mounting of lower bearings. Options: Level detection sensors. Pump(s) and piping. Jacuzzi system. Plastic sealing strips. Gooseneck type conveyor. Spray tube for machine or product cleaning. Manual or pneumatic valves.
