Description
A drum grader calibrates or sorts product by means of perforated drums, the different calibers are discharged on conveyors.
Constructed in sandblasted stainless steel 304
Each calibration zone consists of feeding belt paired with grading drum with built-in extraction belt
Five separate calibration zones
Each drum grader has a built-in ejector roller to remove jammed product
Input and output belts with 2-layer PVC belt and plastic belt scraper
Additional outfeed belt for the oversized product at the end of the machine
Driven by SEW gearmotor
Uniform feeding is necessary to make the best use of the machine's capacity
Drums can be easily exchanged to adjust sorting
