The Full Automatic Rotary Hot Melt Roll-Fed Labeling Machine is designed to suit various industries such as mineral water, soft drinks, seasonings, and more. It boasts several advantages, including reduced glue consumption, prolonged label sticking, high labeling precision, and more.
Machine Introduction&Features
The hot melt glue labeling machine is used for labeling paper or film labels onto various types of containers, including cans, tinplates, glass and plastic bottles. The system utilizes a contact-free transfer of hot glue or a point-by-point application of spray glue onto a vacuum drum, resulting in low glue consumption and low-level machine soiling.
It is a cost-effective option for mass production, and is capable of labeling various types of containers with different materials. The labeling cost is comparatively lower, making it suitable for users who require label variations for their containers.
Designed with a modularization concept, which makes it easy and simple for users to change bottles. The linear type is used for labeling round bottles made of glass or plastic, while the rotary type can label not only round-shaped containers but also square bottles like liquid detergent containers.
