The new product is a small embedded PLC (Programmable Controller) that implements the world-widely used software PLC "CODESYS" on our original board computer based on the embedded module Compute Module 4 (CM4) of Raspberry Pi. Utilizing our vast assets of peripheral devices for Raspberry Pi, including our "CPI series," it can be used in the world standard PLC language compliant with IEC 61131-3.

Uses Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4). High compatibility with Raspberry Pi is ensured. Wide temperature range design for use: -20 to 60°C(-4 to 140°F) (airflow 0.7ms). Equipped with our RTC/RAS card for Raspberry Pi (CPI-RAS), watchdog timer (WDT) and clock (RTC). Equipped with a high-output, high-efficiency power supply circuit and noise filter for the power supply, generating clean 5VDC to supply to the internal circuitry.

Equipped with a quad-core Cortex-A72 1.5GHz 64-bit CPU, DDR4 2GB memory, and 16GB eMMC, the powerful PC specs realize a PLC of a different dimension. Basic calculation processing speed (LD command): 1.86ns, applied calculation processing speed (ST command): 2.06ns (*Actual value measured by our company). Equipped with M.2 M Key NVMe socket, it is also suitable for applications that require large capacity storage such as high-speed long-term data collection and rich HMI.
