The 3000 series power and free conveyor includes two identical tracks one over the other. Tracks section: 60mm×68mm×thickness 4mm. Chain and trolleys with rollings with steel bearing. Maximum operating temperature: 250°c. The chain with pusher dogs travels in the upper rail. The trolleys are in the lower rail. The 3300 series power and free system and 500 series manual conveyor use the same trolleys. In some cases, the system can be set up as a gravity overhead conveyor. Here, trolley accumulation in a mail sorting centre. The bags are fastened to the trolleys with automatic hooking and release grips. It can come with switches, elevators, manual sections, gravity inventory areas (in some cases), rotating systems, etc. Its operation can be continuous or pitch by pitch.
