The sieve shakers are fitted with a unique clamping device that ensures the sieves are held firmly without over tightening and allows them to be quickly removed and replaced. The timer can be pre-set for any duration up to 60 minutes. Non corrodible and non-metallic springs are fitted thus making the shakers maintenance free. The frequency function on CRT-G-0411, CRT-G-0412 and CRT-G-0413 allows the sieve shaker to impart a circular motion to the material being sieved so that it makes a slow progression over the surface of the sieve. They can also be utilised as the De-Aerator for Vacuum Pyknometer. The CRT-G-0414 Electromagnetic Sieve Shaker is used for vertical sieving motion. The sieving motion is provided by a very effective electromagnetic unit, which is set to obtain the best results for sand and aggregates. Complete with timer. It can also be used as a vibrating table for one concrete specimen.
