The PH Aerolock is a rotary valve engineered by Coperion K-Tron. It is designed for applications that require sanitary handling, like pharmaceutical, food and pet food, and chemical applications. The valve features highly polished interior and exterior surfaces, complying with the FDA guidelines. It has a maximum pressure differential of 1.0 bar (15 psi), and handles products with a maximum temperature of 100°C (212°F). The PH valve is suitable for metering bulk solids that require frequent cleaning, and wherever easy operation is necessary. The 3 types of PH Aerolock are equipped with rounded pockets and reliever tips. Both PH 33 and PH 44 have a hubbed rotor in stainless steel, while PH 76 features an open end stainless steel rotor. They are available in different sizes of 80 mm, 100, and 150 mm.
