The P10 Venturi Loader from Coperion is commonly used for loading hoppers as well as loss-in-weight feeder refills. It is used to convey powders for sanitary, pharmaceutical, food and chemical applications. The venturi power unit utilizes compressed air to create a vacuum convey source. The unit is constructed from DIN 1.4408 stainless steel with internal and external electropolished surface passivation. The modular construction and sanitary design allows for easy dismantling and cleaning as well as simple expansion with the optional extension modules. The unit has power flap discharge of 150 mm in diameter. It has polyester pleated cartridge filters with stainless steel end caps. The unit conforms to EN 10204-2.1 standards. The P10 Venturi Loader operates to a temperature that ranges from -10°C to +50°C.
