High quality is the hallmark of the K-Trons range of blower packages. From the same range comes The Positive Displacement Vacuum Blower. Pellets, powders and granular materials are conveyed efficiently by the blower. The blower package comprises a positive displacement blower- tested, tried and endorsed by industry. The blower is mounted on a tough, sturdy base with isolation pads placed between the machine and base. This serves the dual purpose of cutting down unwanted noise and eliminating vibrations. The stable base gives dynamic balance to the blower and facilitates easy servicing and cleaning. The motor (IEC/NEMA bolt pattern) is fit onto an adaptable mount. Drive-guard conceals the drive completely for safety purposes. Range of blowers available can create maximum vacuums up to 474 mbar (14 in of Hg). Discharge diameters of 51 mm (2 in) to 254 mm (10 in) are available. Maximum power ranges from 2.2 to 187 kW (3 to 250 hP). Blower specifications can be selected according to individual requirements and applications.
