Blower package

The K-Trons single blower railcar unloading system comprises a vacuum/pressure blower package and is perfect for reducing costs. The blower powers both the pressure and vacuum components of the system. It is beneficial for short-distance operations. The blower transfers pellets, powders and granular materials from railcars to storage tanks at rates exceeding 18,140kg/hr (40,000lbs/hr). The pre-designed packages range from 76-127mm conveying line. Every blower lives up to the industry-proven positive displacement blower. The blower has reduced noise levels and vibration as it is strategically placed and balanced with isolation pads positioned between the blower and base. In addition the blower packages come with a heavy-duty base that makes cleaning and servicing much easier. There is an adjustable motor mount that can attach any motor with IEC and NEMA bolt pattern.
